Return Exchange

Return - Exchange:

We will be happy to accept returns / exchanges on unopened items within
ten (10) days of receipt. All items must be in their original factory sealed
containers.

Please note, the following items are NOT returnable:

14K Gold and Sterling Silver Nails, 14K Nail Charm Rings, Holiday Jewelry,
Electric Nail Drills, Acrylic, Gel, Chemical Products or Implements.

Please call or e-mail for a return authorization number. Returns /
Exchanges will not be accepted without an authorization number.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong product.

All returns / exchanges should be sent in a sturdy box with ample
cushioning to insure against breakage and should be insured against loss
and/or damage for at least the value of the contents.

Repairs:

All repairs should be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product.

Due to the very fragile nature of Nail Charms we do not offer repairs for
lost stones or damaged posts. But, if you have a broken post or one that
has been cross treaded we will be happy to send two new posts at no
charge with easy instructions for your local jeweler's replacement.
